Salon Policy
We take pride in keeping our salon immaculate, which allows the adhesive to create a strong bond to the natural lash. However, improper aftercare can result in natural lash damage and/or premature extension loss. By confirming your appointment, you are agreeing to be 100% accountable for your own aftercare.
We encourage you to cleanse your lashes with correct oil free lash cleanser and cold water (no makeup remover, no hot water) every 1-2 days. Failure to do so will make it difficult to apply more extensions at your infill appointments and cause your extensions to fall out faster.
Not cleansing increases the risk of eye infections, lash mites, and natural lash loss. We are not responsible for lash damage if you have not properly cleansed every 1-2 days. Spray tans will cause premature lash loss.
Please note that certain conditions can affect retention, including sleeping on your face, smoking (heat from lighters melts the glue), getting your lashes wet, hot, sweaty, or steamy in the first 48-hour drying period, wearing mascara, eyeliner, or heavy eye makeup, certain medications or skin products, working in a hot and/or oily environment, picking, pulling, or touching your lashes, natural lash shedding, overactive oil glands or oily skin, rubbing your eyes, natural hormones, and excessive crying.
If you experience any issues with your lash extensions within the first two days after your appointment and believe you have taken proper care, please don't hesitate to contact us. We will rectify the issue by infilling your lashes at no cost if we can see that you have taken care of them. However, please note that no refunds are given for services rendered.

PRE APPOINTMENT
Please ensure all mascara is removed prior to your appointment to achieve maximum adhesive bonding and more time for lashing!
we recommend a patch test to all new clients 24 hours prior to their appointment.
POST APPOINTMENT
For the best, long lasting results avoid showing or baths the same day as your service as steam slows down the bonding process necessary for great results which results in premature lash loss.
